You can copy the following types of digital photos from your computer to your online account:
JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe)
Why can't I see the file extensions on my photo files?
Your computer may be set to hide file extension at the end of file names. If the names of your files don't end with a dot and a three- or four-letter extension (.jpg, .zip, etc.) this setting is easy to change:
    For PC users:
  1. Return to your computer's desktop and double click on the 'My Computer' icon.
  2. When the window is open, click on the 'View' menu and choose 'Folder Options'.
  3. Click on the 'View' tab at the top of the window.
  4. Uncheck the box labeled 'Hide file extensions for known file types' and click on the 'OK' button.
  5. You should now see the file extensions at the end of all file names.
    For Mac users:
  1. Click on the 'Finder' drop-down menu at the top of your browser window.
  2. Select 'Preferences'.
  3. In the next window, select the 'Advanced' icon.
  4. Check the box next to 'show all file extensions'.
What is the Largest File Size I can Upload?
We recommend using files no larger than 10 Megabytes.
What is resolution?
Resolution is an indication of the quality of your photos. The higher the resolution, the clearer and more detailed your photo -- and the more options you have for printing or creating photo gifts.

Every digital image is made up of pixels, or tiny, light-sensitive squares. The number of pixels determines the resolution. The more pixels your photo has, the clearer your photo remains as you increase its size (for prints) or print it on a gift. At the same time, the greater the resolution, the more memory is required to store the image. Most digital cameras allow you to change the resolution, so you can select the quality of your photos as you take them.
What is the best resolution for my photos?
We recommend an image size of 1400x1050 pixels.

Please note that we always check the resolution of every photo before you order a print or photo gift. If we think the photo isn't large enough to produce a quality image, we'll let you know.
How long are my photos stored on my account?
We offer free, storage of your online photos. At this time - there is no limit to the number of digital photos you can upload. We provide unlimited storage of online photos to you, and make every reasonable effort to maintain the original resolution of your content.
